In this article, we will be showing you how to run accessibility audits with just some clicks.

First of all, I’ll define some terms so that you can have a full understanding of what you are saying.

Accessibility Reports: This allows you to monitor and review WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.0 Level A – AAA accessibility issues across an entire site, based on a weekly report of content rendered within Cascade CMS.
So, creating accessible reports ensures access of information to all users, with all levels of ability.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are organized by four main principles, which state that content must be POUR: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust. WCAG is the most-referenced set of standards in website accessibility lawsuits and is widely considered the best way to achieve accessibility.

Cascade CMS: is a web content management system for creating stand-out websites that deliver personalized visitor experiences and generate results.

Step 1: Kindly log into the member’s area.

Step 2: Kindly click on the “Reports” option.

Step 3: A page will open, click on “Generate Report” on your right-hand side of the dashboard.

Step 4: A popup will appear, kindly enter your “Website URL”, then click on “Generate”

Step 5: Once you are done, to view your report, kindly click on the “View Report” option on the right hand of the dashboard and a popup will show up. The reports will show you where you have the highest number of accessibility violations which it’s exposed and could be sued for major lawsuits.

Lastly, it is categorized into the three-level of compliance, mandatory A, AA, and AAA.

Step 6: After that, you can copy the “Shareable Link” in the dashboard.

Step 7: Also, you can “Download” the report to your local computer, by clicking on the download option on your dashboard.
